COMBAT VETERANS AND VET FEST FOUNDERS JOSH PARISH AND JOE RIKER | SUPERHERO POD | KNE CONNECTS EPISODE 11

in Episode 11, combat vets Josh Parish and Joe Riker sit down with Kristi and Ed to talk a little about how and why they started the Livingston County Vet Fest: a free annual event for all veterans and their families to enjoy live music, eat, drink, play games, win prizes, and most importantly, learn about their VA benefits that can help save them thousands of dollars.

Although 2019 was only Vet Fest's second year, over 2,800 veterans and family members attended this August, making it one of the largest veteran events in Michigan this year! The two heroes also talk about other events and fundraisers they have planned for vets in 2019 with their up-and-coming non-profit organization, Vet Life! To donate to or learn more about Vet Life, you can visit their website and Facebook page.

To contact Joe or Josh personally, you can message them on Facebook or email them at vetlifetoday@gmail.com.
